How does the EBAG fingerprint scanner work and what security does it provide?
EBAG's fingerprint scanner uses advanced biometric sensor technology, similar to the systems used in premium smartphones. During setup, the first fingerprint is automatically assigned as an administrator, after which up to ten additional fingerprints can be registered. Only registered fingerprints grant access to the bag, significantly increasing security.
Every EBAG order comes with a comprehensive manual providing clear, step-by-step instructions for configuring and using the fingerprint scanner.
Shipping & delivery times
The Netherlands & Belgium – Free shipping. Delivery time: 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 23:00 are generally delivered the next business day within the Netherlands.
France, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Poland & Sweden – Shipping costs calculated at checkout. Delivery time: 1–3 business days.

What if the EBAG scanner battery runs out?
When the battery is running low, a flashing green indicator light will indicate this. The scanner can be charged using the included USB-C cable; a full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours. Once charging is complete, the green light will turn off.
CAUTION: NEVER USE FAST CHARGERS OR HIGH VOLTAGE CHARGERS WHEN CHARGING , as this may cause an overload and seriously damage the lock.
How long does the battery last?
On a fully charged battery, the scanner will last on average up to 3 months, or approximately 3,000 scans.
