Returns Policy – EBAG
Return period (right of withdrawal)
At EBAG we have a 14-day return period, in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal within the European Union.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt , without giving any reason.
After approval of your return request, the item must be returned to us within 14 days .
Returns received by EBAG after this period will not be accepted .

Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
• The item is unworn, unused and unwashed
• The item is in original condition
• All original labels, tags and accessories are included
• The item is returned in the original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required
• The return has been pre-registered and approved by our customer service
Items showing signs of use (such as scratches, stains, odor, damage, or missing parts) will be refused and, if requested, returned at the customer's expense .
EBAG reserves the right to charge a depreciation fee for any use that goes beyond what is necessary for assessing the product, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned :
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Intimate or hygienic articles (if seal is broken)
• Gift vouchers
• Discounted items / sale items
• Perishable goods
• Hazardous or flammable substances and materials

Submit a return request
Option 1: Via your online account
1. Log into your account on our website
2. Go to My Account and select your order
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return
4. Follow the steps to submit your return request
Option 2: Via email
Send an email to info@ebag.nl with:
• your order number
• the item(s) you wish to return
Returns sent to EBAG without prior notification will not be accepted .
Return costs & shipping
• Return shipping costs and shipping risk are entirely borne by the customer.
• EBAG is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
• We recommend that you send returns insured and with track & trace.
Failure to collect, refusal or incorrect address
When an order:
• is not collected from a collection point
• is refused at the door
• cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details
the package will be automatically returned to EBAG.
In these cases:
• the return and any re-shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded or charged separately to the customer
Failure to collect or refusing a parcel will not be considered a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal .
Processing costs
EBAG reserves the right to charge a reasonable processing fee for returns.
These costs may relate to:
• handling and control
• resupply
• administrative processing
• undeliverable or refused shipments
Processing fees are separate from return shipping costs and will be deducted from the refund amount , if applicable.
Damage, defects or incorrect delivery
Please check your order immediately upon receipt .
Is the item damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@ebag.nl, including your order number and clear photos of the problem.
After this period, the right to repair or replacement may expire.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a notification about the approval status.
If approved, the purchase amount (minus any fees) will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary per bank or payment provider.
